About the role
The Project Manager role supports the execution of two key workstreams that will help deliver our 2025 strategic vision. Reporting to the Sales Director, the primary purpose of this position is to manage the delivery of assigned projects related to organisation capability, system and process change as well as product commercialisation.
Considered a key business partner, the Project Manager will act as a point of liaison between the project teams and leads, and senior leadership. The role will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the projects to ensure that desired outcomes are delivered on time and within budget.
This will be a 12 month fixed term position.
The core responsibilities will include:
- Assist in defining project scope and implementation plans in consultation with the project team
- Help define project resource requirements, and identify resource gaps
- Own and operate the NPD process and manage the details of overall project schedules, budgets, and deliverables
- Provide expert advice and information to stakeholders on emerging project issues and present recommendations to support project delivery
- Develop risk assessments and mitigation plans
- Manage internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure project milestones and deadlines are adhered to
About You
- Prior experience in strategic commercialisation project management
- Knowledge and understanding of Foodservice, FMCG or similar
- Experienced and skilled in Project Management methodologies
- Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- Analytical and problem solving ability
- Proven experience identifying and deploying process improvements
- Experience with change management
