About the Role
MAURI is currently looking an experienced Production Operator (Food Manufacturing) to be part of their Yeast Production Team in Camellia (Shift Work, Full-time & permanent role). This is an excellent opportunity to build on your current skillset and build a career within a fast paced yet stable long-term environment.

About You
To be successful in this role you will have:
- Experience in food manufacturing, ingredient preparation and processing machinery
- Desire to increase your knowledge and skill by learning a new manufacturing process
- Have a flexible approach and a positive attitude.
- Some experience/exposure in alcohol / beer / wine brewing or dairy fermentation would be advantageous but not essential. (A Mechanical background would be highly desirable)
- You will also have strong attention to detail and computer proficiency is desirable
