About Project Bluebird
Now, we're embarking on something extraordinary.
Our Ballarat site marks a bold new chapter. We're building a state-of-the-art flour mill in Ballarat—designed to redefine industry standards in milling technology, systems, and process optimisation. This greenfield site will be powered by cutting-edge Swiss equipment and driven by a passionate team committed to excellence from day one.
This is your opportunity to be part of a once-in-a-generation transformation—building deep knowledge of a site from the ground up, shaping scalable operations, and helping define the future of flour milling in Australia.
At Mauri, we're not just building a mill. We're building a culture—one that's Safe, Courageous, Trusting, and Collaborative. If you're ready to make a lasting impact, we'd love to hear from you.
About the Role
As an Electrician, you'll be part of a lean, high-performing team responsible for commissioning and maintaining some of the most advanced milling technology in the country.
You'll work closely with the builder during installation, gaining firsthand experience of the site's control infrastructure. This is a hands-on, digitally focused role ideal for someone who's energised by learning, data, and optimisation.
About You
The suitable candidate will possess:
- An Electrical Licence (A Grade) valid for work in Victoria
- A strong knowledge of control systems, automation, and digital tools, comfortable working with sensors, PLCs, and data-driven diagnostics
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- A background in food manufacturing is desirable
