About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Finance Manager to join our team on a 12-month Max Term Contract, covering parental leave. This role is based at the Mauri head office in Enfield, ideally starting in early June 2026.
Reporting to the Head of Finance Bakery Ingredients AU, this role partners closely with the commercial leadership team across our Australian Bakery Ingredients business. You will support strategic decision-making, improve margins, and lead a high-performing finance team.
The main responsibilities include:
- Lead and develop the commercial finance team, fostering engagement and performance
- Own and lead commercial budgeting and forecasting processes whilst partnering with commercial leaders to align financial plans with business strategy
- Provide clear insights into risks and opportunities, supporting effective decision-making and margin optimisation.
- Ensure strong compliance, financial control and governance requirements
- Drive continuous improvement across systems, tools and reporting
- Navigate competing priorities with clear, confident communication, supporting change and effective stakeholder management
About You
You are a commercially astute finance leader who will bring strong technical expertise and communication abilities with a proven track record of successfully influencing varied stakeholder groups.
You will bring:
- CPA or CA qualification
- Strong experience in budgeting, forecasting, margin management and commercial partnering
- A background in B2B commercial environments
- Strong knowledge of compliance, control and governance
- Strong communication, EQ and influencing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- A passion for systems and process improvement
