About the Role
We're looking for a strategic leader to shape the future of logistics at Mauri in the newly created role of National Logistics Manager. This role will define and execute a national logistics strategy across a complex multi-site network, driving transformation and operational excellence.
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you'll:
- Elevate customer experience through reliable, cost-effective, and scalable solutions.
- Build industry-leading capability through influencing and coaching site logistics leaders, fostering collaboration and growth
- Co Create and execute Mauris Future Logistics roadmap that aligns with our business objectives
- Lead initiatives to optimise warehouse operations, transport networks, and 3PL partnerships and management
- Champion process improvement and introduce best-in-class systems and practices.

About You
You're an experienced logistics professional (7+ years) with a proven track record in multi-site operations and 3PL management.
You bring:
- Strategic thinking and a change leadership mindset.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
- FMCG or B2B experience (food industry experience is a bonus).
- A collaborative leadership approach focused on winning together.
