About the Role
We have a great opportunity for a Maintenance Manager (Electrician) to join our Wetherill Park Team.
The Wetherill Park site is a modern facility, dry blending raw materials to produce high quality bread improvers, grain blends, cake and bread mixes, for the industrial and craft bakery industry.
Reporting to the Site Leader you are a key member of the site management team, responsible for leading the maintenance team ensuring safety and reliability, managing budgets, and driving continuous improvement through strategic planning and hands-on leadership.
Responsibilities include:
- “Hands on” Monday to Friday dayshift shift coverage.
- Leading one direct report on afternoon shift.
- Manage contractors ensuring all required GWF policies and procedures are adhered to.
- Directing, escalating, and coaching teams complying with the sites' Quality and Food Safety Management and HSE Systems.
- Lead site capital investment and projects.
About You
As the ideal candidate, you have:
- Electrical trade qualification (Required).
- Maintenance experience in a food processing or industrial environment (Desired).
- A self-led mindset and motivation to build your maintenance career.
