An exciting opportunity is available for a Commercial Finance Manager to join our Finance team in a full-time, permanent role based at Enfield. Reporting to the Head of Finance Bakery Ingredients AU, this role partners closely with the commercial leadership team across our Australian Bakery Ingredients business to support strategic decision-making, improve margins, and lead a high-performing finance team. You'll play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, pricing, and financial planning to help us achieve our growth goals. Other main responsibilities include:
- Lead and develop the commercial finance team, fostering a safe, engaged, and high-performing culture.
- Partner with commercial leaders to align financial plans with business strategy.
- Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
- Provide insights and analysis to support margin improvement and commercial decisions.
- Oversee customer pricing and profitability, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Maintain strong financial controls and ensure compliance with internal standards.
- Support strategic projects with financial modelling and business case development.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial systems, tools, and reporting processes.
About You:
You're a commercially savvy finance professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for driving business performance. With a degree in Accounting and CPA or CA qualifications, you bring deep expertise in financial planning, analysis, and business partnering. You're known for your ability to simplify complex ideas, communicate clearly across all levels, and build strong relationships with stakeholders. Your analytical mindset, attention to detail, and continuous improvement focus help you identify opportunities and deliver results. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution, and you bring a calm, proactive, and resilient approach to everything you do.
