Mauri is one of six divisions of George Weston Foods (GWF), one of Australia and New Zealand's largest food manufacturers employing around 6,000 people across 60 sites. GWF's product range is diverse and includes leading brands of breads, baked goods, smallgoods, bakery ingredients, and dips.
About the Role
We have a great opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager – Product & Digital to join our dynamic commercial team, based at Enfield.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for bringing to market Mauri Brand & Product Solutions, via digital & other platforms to ensure Mauri is our customers first choice for Bakery Ingredients, a priority goal of the Mauri business strategy. Some of the responsibilities include:
- Lead the marketing strategy for Mauri Brand & Product Solutions
- Manage digital platforms to drive customer loyalty and convert prospects via the website, social media, and customer communications via our CRM system
- Lead the introduction of new products & services to market in targeted segments to drive growth
- Explore brand development opportunities and create engaging content to promote Mauri's products and services
- Develop effective product and promotional materials that reflect the Mauri brand and enable the sales team to win in market
- Manage external marketing agencies and suppliers
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to maximise the customer experience across all touchpoints
- Ensure compliance with HSE policies and maintain a safe work environment
About You
As the ideal candidate, you will have proven experience working in a similar capacity, and possess:
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the food industry
- Strong digital marketing skills, including creating engaging content for social media, managing websites and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Ability to build customer engagement and loyalty through digital platforms
- Experience in launching a product to market and project management
- Highly effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
- Ability to analyse market trends and customer insights to inform marketing strategies
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and healthy work environment
