About the Role
We have new great opportunity for a Maintenance Manager to join our Camellia Site.
Reporting to the Site Manager, this person will be responsible for leading a team of 3 and overseeing all machinery maintenance, prioritizing safety while managing daily work priorities according to plans. Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring maintenance coverage over day, afternoon and night shift for production to reduce breakdown downtime.
- Maintaining the Plant in its optimum operating condition
- Operating, directing and coaching teams in a manner which complies with the sites Quality and Food Safety Management System
- Reporting and escalation of incidents which have the ability to impact product safety, quality or legality, ensuring effective containment and segregation of impacted product to mitigate exposure.
- Lead constructive and inclusively while building an engaged and accountable team.
- Participating in and adhering to all HSE policies, procedures and activities in order to work safely.
About You
As the ideal candidate, you will have proven experience working in a similar capacity, and possess:
- Trade Qualification
- Engineering experience in a food processing environment.
- Management of multi-functional workplace.
- Excellent negotiation & communication skills
