About the Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Receptionist / Site Administrator to join our team based at our Enfield site. As the first point of contact, you will provide a welcoming environment for visitors and team members. You will also provide day-to-day support to the Operations Director.
Detailed responsibilities of this role include to:
- Ensure a professional and welcoming reception area.
- Answer phone calls, queries, and handle deliveries and mail.
- Provide executive administrative support to the Operations Director, including diary management and travel bookings.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, leadership conferences, and social events, ensuring effective communication and logistics.
- Manage office supplies including PPE, stationery, site uniforms, and oversee purchase orders.
- Ensure smooth operation of site facilities, including kitchen supplies and meeting room technology.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and well-maintained office environment.
- Assist with ad-hoc requests as required.
About you
The suitable candidate will possess:
- Previous experience in Site Administrator, Receptionist or similar role
- Basic understanding of site operations is desirable
- Familiar with systems: ERP, SAP, Microsoft Suite
- Exceptional communication skills
- Good organisational skills, handling multiple tasks and prioritising effectively
- Customer service oriented
- High attention to detail
- Event coordination skills
