In the Assistant brand manager role, you will be part of a small, dynamic cross-functional team and have an opportunity to work on a wide range of projects. Your primary focus will be on Patak's expansion in Australia and New Zealand and your role will play a major part in supporting us deliver our initiatives. There will also be exciting opportunities to work on some new projects.
Some of the key accountabilities for this role will include (but are not limited to):
- Portfolio Management and support to Commercial and Brand Planning,
- Project Management,
- Bringing EPD / NPDs to Market,
- BTL, Shopper and Digital Communications,
- E-commerce,
- Tracking & Reporting
About You
- Minimum 3 - 4 years marketing and sales experience in a branded business (ideally FMCG or retailer)
- High attention to detail. Demonstrate strong organisational and project management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and influencing skills. Have a reputation as a strong team player with the ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Curious and inquisitive about consumer / shopper behaviour, with determination to deliver exceptional results
- Real Interest in a wider commercial agenda – commercially astute (beyond marketing activities)
- Strong analytical skills and a level of competency using IRI and/or other analytical resources to analyse brand performance and make recommendations
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate after work calls with ABWF Hubs around the world
- Real interest in consumers, food, and cooking
