About the Role
We currently have a great opportunity for an experienced Systems Procurement & Administration Manager to join our team; based at Enfield. You will be principally focused on managing the administration function (team of 3 people) of the business that is responsible for managing the receival of up-country stock and purchase contracts, end to end administration of stock contracts and deliveries as well as establishing best practice processes for Grain Administrators.
You will also be responsible for the maintenance, enhancements, and user support for the SAP grain system; assisting with the resolution of errors, user training and general support needed to ensure the team adhere to processing KPI's.
The role is primarily responsible for developing “Competitive on Cost and Win on Solutions”, a priority goal of the Mauri ANZ business strategy.
About You
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a similar capacity, proven leadership skills leading a small team and strong strategic and commercial acumen; supported by sound commercial judgement and well-developed conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills. You will also have exceptional communication skills, strong inter-personal skills and the ability to build sound relationships with various key stakeholders internally and externally to the business. Critical to your success is an understanding of the Australian Grain Industry, GTA trade rules and strong understanding of geographical locations and Advanced Excel and SAP skills.
