Reporting to the ANZ SHE Manager, the SHE Advisor will facilitate with the site leadership teams and other key stakeholders to influence and implement site specific SHE initiatives for the relevant sites.
You will work collaboratively with site to provide technical and practical SHE advice and coaching to establish and maintain a safety culture focused on risk reduction/management, injury prevention and continual improvement.
The successful candidate for this roll will have;
- At least 4 years' experience within a SHE Environment.
- Well-developed communication, facilitation and negotiation skills, with the ability to compile and deliver timely reports.
- Ability to interpret legislation, regulations and guidelines and make practical and commercial recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to develop and maintain relationships both internally and externally.
