An exciting opportunity is available for a People & Performance (P&P) Manager to join our team, based at Enfield. The purpose of the MAURI People Performance Team is to ‘create meaning everyday' and we have 3 strategic priorities which are a safe place to work; a great place to work; and a sustainable place to work.
You will act as a business leader first and a functional leader second. This role will see you supporting the Commercial function and is responsible for:
- Executing the people strategy across the Commercial Team;
- Lifting leader capability through coaching;
- Change management and transformation;
- Delivering improved business performance and engagement;
- Supporting the Commercial leaders in core people processes: performance management, talent and succession, remuneration, recognition, safety.
You will also be a critical support to MAURI's P&P Director; driving key people agenda priorities and projects across the broader MAURI and GWF business including co-creating cultural and capability interventions in the areas of leadership, safety and high performance.
Ideally you will have proven experience as a Senior HR Generalist, demonstrated experience and ‘know-how' to drive high engagement and transition to ‘constructive' culture, experience in driving the people elements of large-scale change projects and strong leadership skills in managing large, diverse and geographically dispersed teams.
In addition, you will have completed relevant tertiary qualifications, have superior communication skills, strong commercial acumen and a genuine desire to impact positive change and behaviours.
This role will suit someone who enjoys applying business insights to people decisions; direct coaching of leaders and has the courage to confront and actively manage challenging issues.
