About the Role
A great opportunity is currently available for an exceptional Executive Assistant to provide high-level support the Managing Director, the Finance & Strategy Director and the People & Performance Director.
This opportunity requires someone who has the confidence and ability to utilise their superior organisation skills, is flexible in their approach and can exercise a high level of personal judgement dealing with several confidential and sensitive issues.
In this role, you will enjoy coordinating and managing diaries, organising travel such as itinerary coordination for both domestic and international travel, coordinating meetings (i.e. preparation of meeting agendas,), and managing expenses. In addition, you will provide general administrative support including document registration, raising PO's in SAP, preparing and designing presentations and managing correspondence daily, drawing attention to urgent matters which require immediate attention.
You will also get involved in supporting large scale business projects, organising key events such as conferences and extensive liaison with external stakeholders and internal stakeholders across the GWF and ABF.
Experience and key attributes:
- Experience supporting a Managing Director or General Manager level leader,
- High level of competence in relevant computer software including Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word & Adobe) and SAP
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- A friendly, open and honest communication style
- Collaborative and empathetic in approach
