About the Role
Due to promotion, a great opportunity is currently available for an experience HR Coordinator to join our People & Performance team, based at Enfield.
This generalist role offers a fantastic career development opportunity for a dedicated and process driven coordinator to provide critical support to a busy and dynamic People and Performance team.
You will enjoysupporting a team of 6 and your primarily responsibilities will include generalist administrative support, reporting, invoicing, budgeting and forecasting, creation and distribution of communications such as leader webinars, newsletters, announcements and ad hoc corporate communications and providing efficient recruitment support including creating letters of offer, pre-employment checks, immigration, travel, relocation and onboarding administration support.
In addition, you will enjoy striving to implement innovative ways to proactively improve the daily administrative processes and procedures and contributing to the coordination and administration of the People & Performance team projects and initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a similar capacity supporting a HR team; preferably in FMCG. You will have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, high level computer skills including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and will be highly organised.
In addition, you will have the ability to proactively plan and manage your time to ensure business priorities are always met and have the confidence to recommend business and process improvements to develop more streamlined ways of supporting the team. You will be Degree qualified with a qualification in Human Resources, Business, Social Sciences or equivalent and have working knowledge of relevant Workplace Legislation, Employment Standards, Awards & Acts.
