About the Role
An exciting role is currently available for an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our vibrant team, based at Enfield. You will enjoy working in a hands-on role; managing the customer facing logistics process regarding stock availability, logistics scheduling and supplier relationship management. You will also manage supplier invoice validations and freight conditions, as well as ensure stock movements are accurate in tonnes and dollars.
In addition, you will have a solid commercial mindset and superior communication skills as you will be handling negotiations regarding freight, storage and related services and managing critical timelines , ensuring supply is aligned with production plans and freight allocation. .
This role will suit someone who enjoys managing exceptions in the planning process including rejections and last-minute orders, developing strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders across the supply channel and someone who can create efficiencies and work in a fast-paced complex environment.
Experience in a commodity supply chain function, agriculture and a geographical understanding of Australia will be highly regarded. You will also have strong analytical skills, a readiness to think outside the box, be highly adept in SAP and Excel and have the resilience and energy to navigate through manual processes.
