About the Role
We have a fantastic opportunity for a Permanent Part Time Merchandiser to join our high performing Ballina and Alstonville (NSW) team. Hours usually start from 10:30am but may begin earlier during campaigns depending on volume drives implemented by Manager. This position involves working Monday, Wednesday and Thursday for approximatley 12 - 15 hours per week, with the opportunity to work additional hours to cover leave and increases in operational demands.
By working in the Ballina & Alstonville sales territory you will get the chance to work in an emerging market, providing you the chance to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction through the use of Tip Top products.
Responsibilities include:
- Stock shelves with Tip Top brands, ensuring that our product displays look fantastic instore
- Grow trusting work relationships across Tip Top and grocery stores
- Identifying additional sales opportunities
- Maintaining fresh products by rotating, reorganising and refilling shelves

The successful applicant will start training with an experienced peer in their first shifts to ensure that the right process and procedures are followed.
