About the role:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to join our team in West Footscray. The successful candidate will be responsible for the support and administration functions and the scheduling of bulk flour and bag road transport to NSW, SA, WA, Victoria, and Queensland. This role ensures that all functions are completed safely, accurately, and within designated time frames. Additionally, the Warehouse Administrator will handle booking transport and follow up on the delivery of all other products.
Reporting to the Warehouse supervisor, your responsibilities will include to:
- Support and administer bulk flour and bag road transport scheduling.
- Ensure all functions are completed safely and accurately within designated time frames.
- Book transport and follow up on delivery of all other products.
- Make continuous decisions about work priorities throughout the day.
- Ensure all Warehouse and Transport needs are met in line with plans, schedules, customer, and business requirements.
- Assist in the operation of Supply Chain Functions.
- Cover for the Warehouse Supervisor in their absence.
- Address customer, business, and carrier requirements and changes, including taking calls after hours and on weekends as needed.

Proactively help build and promote a safety culture across the team.
