- Part-time position (2 days initially) with potential to increase this over time
- Free daily fresh product for staff
Tip Top is currently seeking a Part-Time Office Administrator to be based at our Dry Creek, SA Site. The role will be on a Part Time basis initially for 2 days per week with opportunity to increase this over time. You will gain exposure to business administration process, Operations and the FMCG Industry with the offer to complete Cert III in Business Administration. You will be supported and mentored by the Administration Manager and the collaborative local Dry Creek team.
Purpose of the Role
The primary purpose of the role of the Office Administrator is
- Reception duties and assist visitors entering site
- Facilities management including distribution of security access cards, stock ordering, event catering and kitchen maintenance
- Assist with return-to-work administration
- Prepare operational, People & Performance and financial reports while ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Oversee stock take and purchase ordering
- Administrative duties including:
- Data entry
- Mail coordination
- Scheduling materials and distribution
- Document control
- Records management
- Assist with wellbeing initiatives
- Filing
About You
The ideal candidate will have:
- Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with excel and other MS Office suite programs
- Be looking for long term career opportunities with on-the-job training.
