About the Role
As State Account Manager (SA) for Tip Top FoodServices you will have accountability for managing key Accounts and ensure profitable growth within the state and maintain regular contract with the customer base. Importantly you will develop clear channel and customer plans, implement national driven programs such as pricing, new product launches, distributor promotions and manage the relationship between our business and our customers.
You will quickly know Tip Top's product range and product growth targets and take ownership of meeting sales targets. You enjoy establishing and maintaining excellent customer relationships through regular customer face to face calls, conversations and phone meetings.
As a regular user of technology, you will provide timely and regular accurate sales reporting, feedback and market intelligence. You know what is happening in your State and have a good understanding of your competitor's market positioning.
- Importantly you have a strong desire to succeed with a ‘can do' attitude with a minimum 5 years sales experience in FMCG.
- You have a proven history of leading and managing customers to achieve positive outcomes.
- You are business savvy with financial understanding of the key drivers (margins, budgets,).
- You are tertiary qualified in Business, Commerce or similar or commensurate experience.
